We have modelled this on the Hudson Hunslet 2207 as seen in the town centre in Blaneau Ffestiniog
Provided in kit form with 3d printed parts, resin parts, plywood parts and metal parts, its an easy to assembly chassis that can be built on to your own spec.
6Volt motor with a 40 to 1 gear ratio and gives a nice steady low speed at 3Volts
basic modelling skills needed to assemble with glue and screws.
This is an inhouse design and we are able to offer custom versions to fit your needs, just ask.
the chassis is 114x72mm in size
Wheels are 30mm diameter
Distance between axles is around 57mm
D axles used to prevent gears / wheels from slipping (Note the worm gear for the motor is a tight push and not D axle)
Bearings provided for axles for smooth operation
