This is a brilliantly executed 3D printed kit. I do have some scratch-building experience but as we all know this can be a long and sometimes challenging process, especially to newcomers to the garden railway hobby, like me. I was looking for a budget friendly kit that would give my aging grey cells some relief but at the same time provide me with a nice running little engine that did not look like a toy. Google showed me the way to these kits. For the price I have yet to find a kit that is as detailed and faithful to the prototype as this little Hunslet. The radiator is a work of art by itself. The kit is well presented and comes with all you need, apart from glue and paint. Parts are so well printed that hardly any sanding is required. There is a little but what there is was inconsequential and required very little effort. The supplied motor runs at a consistent prototypical speed and is whisper quiet. As you can see from the couple of pictures, I painted mine according to the prototype used as inspiration for the kit. I think the results speak for themselves. I can not recommend this kit highly enough, it was such an enjoyable build. Mal Thomas Perth Western Australia P.S. The seat and rivet detail on the back internal wall of the cab are my own addition and are not included in the kit.
